In her six years coaching at OCU, the Stars have averaged 51 wins per year and have advanced to the NAIA Championships each year, winning the national title in 2007.

Prior to her return to the OCU softball program, Bridges spent two years as the assistant coach at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.
